• A Scenic Connection: Our West End and Grant Park homes are just minutes from the BeltLine. It’s the best way to walk, bike, or scoot to local breweries, art installations, and restaurants without ever touching a car.

• Pro Tip: Rent a Relay Bike or a scooter at the trail entrance for a fun afternoon of exploring.

MARTA (Public Transit)

• From the Airport: Skip the $50 Uber! Take the MARTA Gold or Red line directly from Hartsfield-Jackson Airport to the West End Station (for our West End home) or King Memorial/Georgia State (for Grant Park).

• City Access: The train is the fastest way to get to Downtown, Midtown, or Mercedes-Benz Stadium for a game or concert.

Rideshare & Parking

• Uber/Lyft: Always available and usually arrives within 5–7 minutes.

• Parking: We provide insert: private driveway/at the 4BR and the 3BR houses and free street parking at the 1BR apartment so your car is safe if you choose to drive.

One of the best parts of staying in Grant Park is the slow, beautiful mornings. Whether you are staying at our Woodward House or the 1-Bedroom Apartment, you are only a short walk away from the best caffeine and culture in Atlanta.

1. Perc Coffee (The Local Favorite)

Just a 10-minute walk away. Their seasonal lattes are amazing, and the space is filled with local energy. It’s my favorite spot to get inspired before heading to the studio.

2. Grant Park Pastries at The Beacon

If you’re here on a Sunday, the Grant Park Farmers Market is a must. Grab a fresh pastry and a coffee and wander through the stalls to see local makers and farmers.

3. Homegrown GA

A short drive away, this is the legendary spot for a 'Comfy Biscuit.' It’s the true taste of Atlanta and perfectly matches the artistic, down-to-earth vibe of our neighborhood.

As a local artist, I’m often asked where to find the 'soul' of Atlanta’s art scene. Our city is a massive, open-air gallery if you know where to look. Whether you are staying in Grant Park or the West End, here are my favorite spots to get inspired:

1. The Living Walls Murals (Cabbagetown & Beyond)

Just a short bike ride from our Grant Park homes. Cabbagetown is home to the Forward Warrior murals—blocks and blocks of incredible street art that change every year. It’s the best outdoor gallery in the South.

2. High Museum of Art (Midtown)

A 15-minute drive or a quick MARTA ride. The architecture alone is a masterpiece, but their collection of contemporary and folk art is world-class.

3. MINT Gallery & The Met Atlanta

Located near the West End, this is where the local "underground" scene lives. It’s raw, modern, and always features emerging Atlanta talent.

4. The Art Inside Our Homes
